Talking with someone?

More of a rant... just really feeling like I have no one in my life (not my girlfriend, not my family, no friends etc) I can connect to when sharing my inner thoughts and feelings. Truly I am blessed to have anyone in my life. I understand it is by choice that I do not share; with no connection it seems there is no point. I would imagine I would not be the only one that feels they have no one they trust. Short of paying someone to talk to I am not sure how to ensure my mental health remains in good order. Any suggestions would be great
