Whenever I sleep late I wake up early and vice versa. But sleeping late leaves me tired and sleeping too much does too. How do I go back to being the early bird I used to be? And how do I bring back discipline?

Maybe my sleep isn't good because i've been listening to music in earphones, I should sleep without them and put a good alarm, maintain a routine

If you're in a town it is a bad idea. My rooster crows right around sunrise and he doesn't stop till I let him out.
Then he eats a little and usually he makes more racket after a while so if you have neighbors close I'd advise against it
