Do You Get These?

I am having a stress symptom. An anxiety spasm in my chest and throat. I am doing what I am suppose to do, to get rid of it. However, It is not working, and it has been over 3 hours.
It always goes away when I am helped in person. but, I need to know how to get rid of it, when I am alone.

I would so appreciate it, truly.
