Is milk racist?

Question

I have heard that black people are born lactose intolerant while the other races have no issue digesting it. Every time I feel the urge to have dairy, I must fight the temptation or suffer the excruciating pain of belly cramps in my intestines, I get running belly and gas like crazy for three or four days until I start to feel like my self again. Why does milk hate on us and not the others?

In lots of parts of Asia like Japan and China, many are extremely lactose intolerant. Animal milk isn't a part of the regular evolutionary diet. I never had problems with it but maybe because I'm half-white (half-Japanese). I met so many people here and dated a number who were so lactose intolerant. My wife is included among them. Some butter or yogurt is okay, but not heavy amounts of milk. It is confusing to me. I drink milk in the gallons and eat like a six-pack of yogurts in one day. Y'all are unlucky!

This is pure conjecture -- not at all scientific -- but I always get the feeling like we are best suited to eat what our ancestors ate. For me that's confusing being biracial -- but I like a mixture -- everything from seaweed to big hunks of meat and milk, It seems that way to me. Like maybe we evolved to eat certain things over generations, and that gets passed down to children. I see that more having traveled the world and having gotten close to lots of people around the world. It really seems to me like certain people are cut out in ways tied to their ancestry to consume certain macro/micro balances.

Asians tend to be lactose intollerant too... the actual science behind it is that as peoples migrated north from africa they were starving and although we all started off lactose intollerant those starving people would drink the milk of animals just to stay alive eventhough it made them sick, eventually evolving a tollerance of it

@Agape93 neither did i but here in the uk when i was a child every primary schoolkid was given a free bottle of milk at morning break as part of a government initiative to encourage a healthy calcium intake

Nice. I loved and still do love drinking milk. It’s never bothered me so I never knew. Only found out when my classmate said she couldn’t have regular ice cream because it wasn’t lactose free.

Lactose intolerance is because your body cannot break down the sugars or lactase in milk. Lactase enzyme is found in small intestines. People who are lactose intolerant lack the enzyme in the small intestines to process the sugars in milk. Therefore, this is merely a genetic problem and not a racial problem.

Umm, where do you get your information? Every race has people who are lactose intolerant, whites, blacks, Asians, latinos... and you have other issues if it takes 3 or 4 days to get right after dairy.

From having relatives who are lactose intolerant, lactose free products do exist if that truly is the cause. For the milk it isn't much more at all unless you get silk or some such like that

I know many white people that were born lactose intolerant. 65% of the world is lactose intolerant. However, if it is racist then so is alcohol as most indigenous people do not have to enzymes to break down alcohol. This causes them to develop alcoholism at a greater rate than every other race.

Ice-cream never usually does it this bad. I have had this problem with mostly cow's milk but other forms of dairy took it a little easy on me, apparently not this time. I almost feel it in my vag kinda like period pain except this one is in my actual guts. I don't know who to be mad at but the cow.
