The rhythm is easy but i get thirsty fast would have to ignore dying of thirst for that but again why would i. To say i am basically one of the most unhealthy people in the world push ups ain't hard to me. But oddly the same when it comes to some other things. That only fit people should be able to do.
Not working out for a year does it damage I guess. Shouldn't be too hard to get back them back when people learn to wear a mask :/
