I was sitting on my phone and I started getting hot and I felt dizzy and my body kept rock back and fourth and I started crying rlly heavy. Then my sister gave me water and I started feeling a little better.

Maybe keep an eye on yourself and see if you can pinpoint a trigger if it happens again. Now that you're aware if the feeling, you'll know a little more in advance next time. Just remember to breathe and focus on a single spot if it happens again. Pick one thing to look at and describe it to yourself in detail in your head. It helps me when I have them.
