How can I stop feeling embarrassed about have to get my 3 teeth in the back removed?

I assume this is wisdom teeth. That's very common to have them removed. Although I think it's done too often. I don't think they should be removed unless there is a reason. Maybe get a second opinion.

I never had mine removed, and it did cause problems when I got older. That's because my teeth were very crowded and removing them would have given more room for my other teeth to move around.

Also, it can be harder to clean back there when you brush and floss. So give extra attention when cleaning in the back.

Honestly, don’t worry about it... if it becomes a serious issue for you maybe have a bridge put in.

Not sure why you should feel embarrassed. Also its not like you let them rot out of your head and you had to get them removed. This is very common for people your age and there is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about.
