I was jaundiced for two weeks a month ago, but it went away, I took a blood test and didn't have any issues/STDs, nor am I a drinker. Why was this?

Did the doctor tell you that you were jaundiced or is this a determination that you gave yourself. You could be simply looking at your olive skin tone which has yellow undertones and to the untrained eye could seem like jaundic.

Jaundice is not always related to an underlying condition. It may be caused by:
Large bruises leading to high amounts of unconjugated bilirubin
Fasting for long periods
Medications, including oral contraceptives
Excess alcohol intake
Fasting for long periods
Excessive alcohol consumption

Jaundice is caused by a buildup of bilirubin, a waste material, in the blood. An inflamed liver or obstructed bile duct that can lead to jaundice, as well as other underlying conditions
