Are there ways to slow aging that the market does not want you to know about?

I believe the number one cause of old age appearance is restaurant food intake and chemicals and cheese and fat and oil

In China people use more natural ingredients and less chemically processed ones in their food and the woman do not get wrinkles on their face until they are 70 years old

I know 4 Chinese people who ate a lot of restaurant food - 3 of them lived in North America and one was a wealthy Chinese socialite who ate out at western Chinese places cause she could afford it.

The two that ate western restaurant food wrinkled like crazy when they hit 32 and the two that ate Chinese restaurant food got wrinkles too but not a lot when they hit their 30s

The ones who home cooked Chinese meals continued to look young and thin and fit as if they were still 20 years old.

Eating a healthy diet is way cheaper than anti wrinkle lotion and rejuvenation cream.

You don’t need pesto and avocado and expensive pistachios and steak to be healthy.

A simple cabbage soup or tomato and egg soup with sardines or boiled egg on the side is fine.
