I feel as though I'm making no substantial progress. I'm 170, from 210-220, now but I've got looser skin that makes me still look really big (man boobs are still there and my stomach is still hangs over a bit).
It's kinda depressing to feel like I'm making no progress. Is this normal?

What Girls & Guys Said
22I work out occassionally but not enough that I'd say I have a committed schedule. As for eating I try to limit myself to one total meal a day, for example I ate a spicy beef patty at around 12-2pm and I think I'll eat my second one later tonight around 10pm. This isn't always the case as I do eat things like fruit cups, I drink plenty of water and I eat out twice a week (Monday and Friday)
Maybe you should consider a nutritionist or someone to help with a well balanced diet. Two beef patties, fruit cup and water doesn’t sound like you’re getting all you need, and you don’t want depression to make you spiral into an anorexic frame of mind. But I was mostly asking about the workouts because depending on what you do, it will help you tighten the skin to an extent (some skin there’s no choice but surgical removal). But if you’re rapidly losing wait and the working out doesn’t match then you may continue to feel flabby.
I definitely think a nutritionist could help but I honestly don't know how much. I eat so little because I'm used to eating so little, it was tough at first but I eventually got used to it and since I work in a kitchen almost all day it works out for me.
I haven't experienced any rapid weight loss, as far as I know, and only lose a couple pounds a week which I usually gain back.
