I’ve been a vegan since 2017. I don’t like how skinny I am anymore and I’m thinking about going back to eating turkey and fish only , but not as much as people usually do. Do you have any other suggestions also?
Thank you so much everyone for your help! I will definitely take all of your advice. I eat beans, I'll buy some brown rice tomorrow. I also eat vegan burgers, spaghetti, and salmon. I eat fruits and veges too. I have very sharp nails, I belive that means I have a good amount of iron. My heart is healthy and my blood pressure. I'm 5'2 and like 93 pounds. I at least want to be 115
