3 concussions, right shoulder muscle torn off during the dislocation, left shoulder broken clavicle, left hip broken, have shrapnel still in that hip from a mortar round that went off too close, liver damage from 30 caliber round, broken pelvis, both wrists, left leg, both feet. Some from combat duty in Vietnam, most from racing accident.
@DaveToo Yikes! I hope you live someplace warm and dry. Have you had a hip replacement? Can I recommend extra vitamin B and TONS of vitamin C? The C is excellent for your liver.
@45fstraight Good recommendations , all the B vits / high ascorbic acid ( C ) , with glucosamine containing , joint specific supplements , and curcumin ( from turmeric ) supplement. I use a similar stack Former British paratrooper and years of combat sports = injuries.
I'm on a regimen of B3, A, D, C, Men's multi, Calcium, Fish Oil, + 15 medications for my heart, liver, diabetes, (which I've had since I was 30), an aneurism I've had since Vietnam in my abdomen. As I've said elsewhere, I'm pretty much a wreck.

When I was your age I had to pass every one of those events.
That would be a negative. Much respect to those that can!
I see no reason to :)
Further, I'm physically more of a 'static' person than a 'dynamic' one.
The question was is if you could or couldn't; it wasn't whether you had a reason to or not.
Sir! Yes! Sir!
Its possible, but at this age no i would not try it
To me, that sounds physically impossible because I would never be able to do that.
I can barley run a 10 min mile. I'm over weight tho by 30 pounds.
Maybe 2 or 3. Swimming 1 Km would be a trial, and my shoulder injuries preclude that many pull-ups or push-ups in that short a time.
Not in my current physical state, but if I trained for it, I probably could
Sure, just give me two years in the gym and a reason to bother.
Don't feel too bad I can pass all these and I never held a girl's hand.
Stay strong kings.
lmao 15 pull-ups? that's it. All that other stuff and then a weak ass 15 pull ups lmao...
I can't pass any of these.
I couldn't today! At 76 with the pain levels, I deal with just surviving, it would be a struggle.
@DaveToo ooooh. Specific pain or just in general?

I can do the March and the run.
I could pass 5. I cannot run anymore.
I can't pass any event.
The 12 mile march would probably stop me.
I don know how to swim
I'm sure Batman can do it.
Sure.
Not even close.
