There are machines in the gym that you can use to do the same thing. This is just to get you started.

Kind of like weighted rows.It's usually done on one side of a cable cross machine. Take a set of tricep ropes and set the cable cross at your face level. Grab the ropes at their ends and pull them towards your face like you would pull a seated row towards your waist. It impacts the upper back.
