I’m 93lbs. 5ft. I have 3 wks working out only 3 days a wk for 25 min at home. I haven’t worked out longer or more as I was all day at temporary warehouse jobs. Now I’m back working from home & sick with fever. I do calf raises with my 8lb dumbbell & squats with dumbbell it sumo squats & my legs look same? I have taken pics all month weekly & I look same, y my legs are more skinnier &. No thick thighs no muscle? I can’t afford gym til novemebr. The first pic is girl online she has thick arms and muscles. My arms r tree branches. I got tiny muscle on arm but arms r still. Tree branches too long no meat. Do I need be 100 lbs to get muscle? Do I need 10lbs dumbbell now? I used to be skinnier last year as I was sick with anxiety choked on food so I’m recovering at moment.
