I agree that part of the problem could be social.
Talking about masculinity won't increase your physical testosterone. You're right about diet though.
If you think that I meant talking about it helps to build the actual hormone, then you totally misunderstood what I said.
No, you just expressed yourself poorly.
@EnglishEuropean No, you are playing Scooby-Doo and taking everything literally.
I'm not familiar with that game.
@EnglishEuropean But you are familiar with the way you are debating, right? If I said something blew my mind, you would point out that my mind didn't actually explode.
I wasn't debating. I don't think we are in disagreement.
Artificial sugars and carbs does make one feel like total ish. Everytime I eat hot fires, candy and soda I borderline feel dead. But when I eat red meat and eggs I feel strong and full of energy. A bad diet can seriously affect your testosterone levels. Also, not eating for a day or two works wonders as well.
totally true. Keto is working great for me. Eggs 5 days a week, beef 4 days a week. The rest is pork/lamb/turkey/chicken and a variety of fish
How you feel mentally and physically?
i'm still struggling but not as much as before. Life keeps throwing curveballs at me. It's a real battle but there's no option to stop or turn back.
Yes eating unhealthy is bad as well. Fried foods, cheap bread and sugar and corn syrups. Does something to body and brain.
