Girls can definitely grow their butt as well as their legs quite well. Most of the women around me at the gym are working on it; the key in learning how to balance your exercises with an higher calorie diet of carbs, greens and lean meat.
"Why do I need to eat More when working on out?" You may ask, the answer is simple; the human butt is an essential fat reserve, but this reserve is extra important for women's health. Working out will burn away your excess fat And essential fat, to keep up it healthy and round you need to top it up with Natural Unsaturated fats alongside your exercise.
Here are some exercises: • weighted/unweighted Squats• Deadlifts (Kettle bell or Barbell is a must)• weighted/unweighted Hip-Thrusts• weighted/unweighted Hip-Dips• Mountain Climbers• Planking and Plank variations (eg. Side)• Bridges and Bridge Variations• front and side Leg RaisesThat is a lot to get started with, not to mention resistance machines: A safe starting point with hip thrusts is to use the cable resistance machine with the T shaped bar, put the cable between your legs, with the bar at your crotch, bend over, and push your hips forwards to your starting position. I don't know how I've done it, but I have a moderate butt as a guy through power walking and keeping active. As an ass man, I wish you the best gains possible ;) good luck out there, and remember; Eat more but Healthy.
At your age you have great potential for gaining muscle and it is also much easier to burn fat as well, the earlier you start the more success you will achieve. I have seen both genders get good results. Women usually have an easier time getting oxygen in the blood and flexibility of the muscles, men typically have higher testosterone levels. Be consistent and know your bodies thresholds to avoid injuries. One of the key things is finding a diet and quantity that works with your genetics so that your body can use the best foods to gain muscle. If you can afford a group class or a good personal trainer, it will give the fastest noticeable improvements.
Speaking as a female natural bodybuilder here.. no definitely not as easily per se. But can they be bigger than many muscular guys? Yes but it’s going to take many years, perfect nutrition, training and good genetics to do so
So to answer your question it’s no but there will always be exceptions. Obvs this is assuming you are natural and not on gear. But it’s still possible to get big (ish) with many years of hard work

No, genetically we cannot. This does not mean that we cannot build muscle, however. It just cannot be done at the same rate and perceived "ease" as our male counterparts.
You can lift the same as a male and you will not bulk like him. Your muscle will build differently, but it will build.
A lot of it will come down to genetics, not specifically gender based, more on your body's somatotype mix. There will always be things you can do to be the healthiest you that you can be, but that might not always result in what the popular media holds as the ideal for healthy, as not everyone is genetically built for that.
Yes, however women aren’t full of testosterone, so the muscles will not appear as large.
By lifting weights I was able to gain enough upper body strength to wrestle men larger than me to the ground, but the size of my arms didn’t really change much.

Small differences but yes. A guy might be able to beat you in an arm wrestle, but then you could jump higher or do more pull ups. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ofWPMus_fs
You will build slower than men. Mostly because of hormones and often because most women don't train as hard.
Women are not used to constant physical pain/suffering/discomfort as much as men with their jobs, hobbies and lifestyles , so they start their rest periods sooner and end workouts faster.
On the upside losing fat is equally easy on both genders.
And womed don't need to build anywhere near the amount of muscle as a guy would, in order to get "that" look.
Main thing, don't worry about it, start working out. And train hard, with a purpose, ass is a big muscle group, it won't give in without a fight. 😗

Though girls can grow muscles, it's harder for them than for guys. Testosterone is a help in muscle development and, as we all know, guys have lots of it while girls have only a small amount of testosterone.
I had to take a couple of courses required for serving alcohol and it's taught that women naturally have a higher fat to muscle ratio. This can be combated with hormones such as steroids. In any event, fat retains alcohol and muscle doesn't as much. That's why we had to know that.
Why would that put you off? All it means is that you’re not going to get as big and bulky as a guy would which you probably don’t want anyway.

In general no, though a lot of it has to do with testosterone levels and genetics. If you are wanting build muscle, focus on specific muscle groups, higher weights and less reps.
Depends on where. Most girls I know have no problem developing leg muscles. What they can't do is put on upper body strength. No amount of push ups or bench presses will give them ripped arms and pecs.

I don't think so, i think it is due to less testosterone in their bodies.

Yes. With effort and diet. Mind you they will be female muscles. Even if a body builder.

On average, no, girls can't. Some individual girls can grow muscles more easily than individual guys, though. I don't think this should deter you, though. If it's what you want to do, then do it.

it's true, men can build new muscle, that does NOT have naything to do with trimming fat through diet and exercise... you don't want turn turn a "Big fat butt" into a "Big muscle Butt"
Yes women can gain muscle just as easily as men. The only difference is the size of the muscle since these gains are based on one’s overall skeletal structure, size, and testosterone levels
