I personally am into fitness and weight lifting, but am always more than, eager to find a person who can help me with Yoga since i wanna stretch up ma joints a lot. So it is for both all.
I honestly think you need to be flexible because I do track and you need to be flexible for jumping hurdles etc. so I think you need it no matter what gender
No, but for the most part, yoga (as far as an adult doing yoga goes) is a gateway to a sexual position. It's more focused on the buttocks, as is the case with downward dog, child's pose and the infamous "doggy style."

It does seem to be practiced openly more by women. But I don't see it less masculine for a guy to do it.
No but I would never pay for yoga, that something you can practice for free.
I'm not going to pay for it. I'm just going to download the DDP Yoga exercises PDF and watch some videos on it.
I did Bikram's Yoga a few years back and its kicked my add harder than any gym workout I've ever done.

Geez, it’s a form of exercise, and for some, meditation. Not everything needs to be gender based.
No lol. People need to start putting labels on things that have nothing to do with gender or sexuality. It’s just a type of work out

I agree jiu jitzu is gross. I hate the wrestling aspect. Boxing is way more fun.
Shit I forgot to answer. No it isn't.
in my opinion yoga is for anyone that wants to try it.
it was created by men in India (where nearly everyone does it), the concept that yoga is for girls is unique to the west
Not at all. Anyone can benefit yoga. Male or female
No because there's that 1 guy in the back checking out all the girls butts 😂
I do DDPY 4-5 times a week. I'd never tell Dallas Page it's just for women.
Like a lot of tall men I get low back pain. Yoga really helps.
Every time I work in an attic, I pretend I’m doing yoga in a sauna 😀
Nah but it is mostly done by women, you won't catch me doing it anyway
yoga is a spiritual practice
its not for exercise
Maybe rich mens wife who has lots of time and money and bored of her time spend much time on things like yoga and waste her time?
