I'm going on a road trip with my friends next week but I'm just starting a diet. We'll be eating restaurant food the whole time and I don't really know what my best choices are. Big problem is I HATE /DESPISE /CAN'T CHOKE DOWN tomatoes or lettuce. I've had them many times and each time it just gets worse. So salads are painful to eat. With my home diet I'm living on health smoothies, a little lean protein, and fruit. When I'm out though most restaurants won't just give me a spoonful of turkey and a big bowl of fruit lol So what do you guys think would be my healthiest general meal?
you can get powder greens from health food stores that you can mix with a protein shake or top off a meal with. you can just swirl it in some fruit juice and drink powdered greens. in nutrition or vitamin stores you can get that stuff to supplement your deficient diet.

If you're on a diet but can't eat salads, ask the chef/ waiter to suggest something light and healthy, and just eat small portions of it. You'll be fine.
sweet potatos or parsnips, spinich, avacado. protein bars?
