Keeping or losing weight is based on your health. Your cheeks definitely look chubbier than before. You should lose weight if you feel that looks better on you. From your face I think you look good in both pictures.

You said you feel better with less weight so lose it. Don't worry what other people think about you, looking after yourself and your health is far more important. Plus, from a guy's perspective, I'd say most men prefer a slimmer woman.
