My mother calls me fat. Should I smack her or should I listen and loose weight?

Ok people, I am having a dilemma here. I do not feel fat but my mother enjoys telling me that I am fat. So for starters I weigh 138 pounds and I am 5'7". My only issue is that I do not have much of a waist and when I accumulate fat its on my back and belly. Lately I have been having problems with my digestion so I have been walking around with an inflamed belly (my mother knows that). and still she says to me that I look like a rugby player. For the last 3 years I have gone down 10 pounds in weight. I tell her that she should stop saying those things to me but instead she responds that it is her right to say those things. I lost my patience with her and I told her that she is a morron and a fat cow herself. If anybody has some advice please help. Thank you.

My eating habits consist of:


Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, tea with lactose free milk (no sugar), orange juice, and oatmeal.


Lunch: No fried stuff, rice, potatos, vegetables, meat or chicken that is grilled.


Dinner: Same as lunch.


M sporting habits are the follwing:


Go to the gym at least 3 times a week. Where I weightlift and do cardio.

Play golf in the weekends which is an equivalent of 8 hour walking.


Everybody who wrote that I should loose weight got a negative vote.
