Deliciously simple healthy foods. Can some one point me in the direction?

Deliciously simple healthy foods. I'm on the run constantly and I've seriously been living off of, pp&j, peanut butter and honey, peanut butter and banana, and peanut butter sandwiches. With the occasional apple, cup of tea, glass of milk, and I also drink a lot of water. And I know it doesn't really help much, but I eat whole wheat bread, use sugar free jams, and usually drink skim milk. But I need variety (That's an obvious one.). I don't have a lot of money. So, I ask you, my fellow poor college students, what do you eat on a budget?
