well if you workout your legs a lot, you'll gain muscle and your legs can possibly get bigger. not in a bad way though because they'll look good. if all you have to do is tone then just start doing different workouts like squats, jumping rope, lifting weights, etc. def still do cardio. and what's "a bit of weight?"

You should start noticing a difference in about 3 weeks. Id start stepping it up after about a month to keep it up.
Youll want to start upping your cardio- running, jogging, etc because your body will get used to those walks.
Eating wise you seem to be doing fine. Cut out soda if you haven't already.
it doesn't work like that, you can't just remove weight from your legs
no telling how long it will take, it took me about 7 months to put on 30lbs and about 3 to lose 10
you should start lifting weights
Walking isn't going to do much, but it's better than nothing. Also, your diet has to shrink as the day progresses, and you should be only drinking water 2 hours before bedtime.
