U can always order something healthy...or if they don't have that option available, have smaller portions of the "unhealthy" option...u can always pick something that'd be easy to eat with a fork and knife too to make you feel less self-conscious!

I'd think she was some kinda freak, or maybe had some bizarre eating disorder. At any rate it wouldn't matter because I'd kill her on the way home.
Tell him your on a diet. Plain and simple. If you don't tell him and you don't eat anything he will be turned off most likely or discouraged and be wondering why you didn't eat.
That's a bit of a turn off and completely idiotic. I'd rather you eat like a fatass.
