If by weakness you mean "will they question my manhood?" probably not. That doesn't mean that they'd appreciate a guy that would rather get the tar beat out of him to the point he can't walk. They might think its too macho, because some might say that it's stupid to be like that, not that sports are bad, just that your priorities should probably place more emphasis on your well being. I think a lot of girls would get tired of a guy that can't do anything with her because he's sore. It's one thing if you're older, or if you're earning a living doing a hard job, but if it's just for fun, it seems a bit selfish.

Don't know what hurling is, but girls like guys who are active or have hobbies so that's good.
As a sidenote, take care of your body now and don't take it for granted. I'm 25 right now and every other day I got some ache or pain that I could have dealt with years ago but didn't bother

Fastest sport on grass and best sport on earth! I've been playing for a few years as well as my son. We've got a few bumps and bruises and I've pull a hamstring. But sounds like you are getting it worse. It's not a sign of weakness at all. We play co-ed, get them involved as well
