What is the best way to get rid of bruises?

Long story short for dance we have to do something where we land directly on our knees and now mine are all bruised up after the first day. It is preventing me from practicing at 100 percent since I can't do that move correctly since it hurts even more because of the bruises. So the faster I can get the bruises to go away the faster I can perfect the dance.

Bruises are broken capillaries under the skin. so unless you know a way of healing ultra fast, it's just not going away anytime soon. Whatever dance move you're doing, if you continue doing it's going to take longer if you keep doing it. You're just going to have to bare the pain or try to fall differently until you heal, or maybe get some kneepads.
