Okay, so a little over a year ago, I had a surgery in my mouth that hurt so bad that I was pretty much on a liquid diet for 2 weeks, and in that time, I lost 15 lbs. I went from 5'4 and 120lbs to 105 lbs. I lost weight everywhere, meaning that my waist was smaller, my legs and arms were smaller, my face was thinner, and my chest. I went from a cup size 36C to just a tad bigger than 34B, which I'm not happy about. I was told that it would go back to wear it was if I ate a lot and gained weight back. However, I don't really want to gain weight everywhere, I just want it back in my chest. Is there any way to get back what I had, without gaining weight everywhere else too?
No. Are breast are made out of fat, so a good majority of the time they'll probably get smaller along with everything else, unless big breast runs in your family.

Nope. Unless you are willing to spend thousands
No, you cannot choose what parts of your body to gain weight or lose weight. You can only gain/lose overall body fat. Everything else is left up to genetics.
I think you'll have to accept your 34B, which isn't bad at all. However, you're under 18, thus you haven't finished gowing.
