I got out of a volatile relationship and I want to lose weight so that guys will notice me.
How can I lose weight the fastest. I exercise regularly (I do turbo jam daily for 30 mins) I watch what I eat (mainly fish and vegetables steamed) I pretend to like myself so all of my friends and family think I love myself where I would really just prefer to bury myself in a hole somewhere. People say I am pretty but when I look in the mirror I feel like I'm 600lbs.
I'm tired of hating myself but I think of I was skinnier guys would like me more.
And before the typical fat comments I tried not eating for 3 weeks and then moved to crazy diet fads and ended up in the hospital from all of it.
I just want this weight off nnow.
