Is it normal to feel kinda sick when you go back to eat more carbs again after a low carb diet?

I've done a fairly low carb diet for the past 3 months. Most of the carbs I ate came from fruit and vegetables.

Now 2 days ago I went back to eating more carbs again. it wasn't exeptionally much just normal.

But anyways since then I feel really sick, my stomach hurts, I feel bloated, I kinda feel like throwing up all the time and I lost my appetite. And no I'm not pregnant.

Is that normal though? Will it go away? I didn't eat unhealthy or anything. I had yoghurt with oats, a sandwich with salsa and chicken slices,milk , couscous with vegetables and beans and some fruits for snacks.

Feeling this sick is just really annoying
