ive tried a fase wash but it doesn't make them go away
heeeelp
Okay for the past 4 years I dealt with acne. I started in 6 or 7th grade it was something hormonal I think. Mu acne has cleared up and now I just have some acne scars. Here are some recommendations that actually work:
1. Drink lots of water each day at least 8 cups
2. Clear your face in the morning with a acne cleanser- salicylic acid
3. Use a moisturizer for oily skin- go for oil-free
4. Wear Sunscreen! ( important everyday)
5. change your diet! no sugars because it spikes up your insulin causing you to break out
6. Try soy-milk or dairyfree milk because regular milk has hormones... No dairy
7. Ask your doctor to prescribe you Retin A for your skin- this is like the miracle cream! Just to let you know the first weeks your face breaks out but don't give up because it is so worth it.
8. eat veggies or buy a juicer if you don't like to eat veggies then juice them
9. the clarisonic acne cleansing machine is good with the salicylic acid cleanser
10. Don't touch your face with your hands
11. Change your pillow sheets each week because they have germs
12. no junkfood- what ever you eat your face projects or shows
13. don't squeeze your pimples!
14 try homemade masks such as cinammon and honey; oatmeal masks (these are really good for acne) and try steams ( boil water and once its boiling put the pot on a table and sit on a chair and put a towel over your face for 20-30 min)
15. DOnt put on anything that clogs pores such as makeup or other stuff. Aim for non-comengendic
16. try chaste tree- I know its for women but this is good to regulate hormones and it clears up the face
Hope this helps any questions feel free to message me
Tsk tsk tsk.. No, girl. The biggest mistake someone would do,
is playing with them a lot, opening, or fast washing them.
Be gentle with your skin, and try to avoid touching them a lot.
Because they might leave traces which wouldn't disappear
no matter how many times and ways you try. And if they were
in the dangerous area (around the nose) they might get infected,
and this consequently might lead to dangerous effects on the brain.
Now just don't touch them a lot, wash your face gently with
cold water and a special soup regularly.
And I guess "Retin A" is good in this case,
but you should consult a doctor,
because some people have an allergy to some topical drugs.
Advice from a guy who's done a LOOOT of trial & error. :)
You are dealing with inflammation. Take ibuprofen, drop the soup for a few days, as it can be irritating your skin and wash 2-3 times a day with just plain water. Buy "Basis Soap" from your local Walmart ( link ) and this is EXTREMELY gentle for skin.
Also, make sure your moisturizer does NOT have fragrance! This can cause horrible irritation by itself.
Schedule an appointment with your doctor and see if he can prescribe you "clindamycin" lotion. If he can't, he can give you a referral for a Dermatologist that will. This is the best moisturizer you can get for your skin, as it isn't oily, can moisturizer dry skin, and doesn't irritate you at all.
Follow this advice, and I'd bet money that redness will be 80 percent gone in 2-3 weeks. ;-)
All I know are possible ways of cutting it down.
1) Cut down on caffeine; coffees, sodas, etc
2) If you work out a lot or get sweaty, take more showers, and or wash your face more often.
3) Keep your phone and cell phone clean. Rumor has it that cell phones have more bacteria per square inch than a toilet. I don't know if that's true, but cleaning off the phone helps; not just after you're sick, but other times too.
4) If you smoke, kick the habit (or at least cut down).
5) Don't sleep with makeup on, if you can avoid it.
6) Perhaps see a dermatologist, if you can afford it.
This may not get rid of it entirely; sometimes it's age, sometimes it's genetics, etc. But sometimes this sort of thing can cut it way down.

Drink hot water.
It's gross. But hot water is meant to be good for the skin.
I use a face wash every couple of days and a face mask once a fortnight - month depending on the time I have (I have pretty clear skin).
I have a feeling this may be an allergic reaction/deeper problem, so see a doctor if it's not resolved within a few days. My ex had bad skin, and it was a hormonal imbalance, nothing to do with his diet. Don't be nervous, happens to everyone.
I have acne on my butt if it makes you feel better. Ass to sit down.
Thankfully your acne doesn't seem too bad and it's possible to nip it in the butt early. Acne.org has a lot of good resources as far as product review goes. I'd start off by trying some topical treatments such as proactive. If it doesn't work for you, you need to go see a dermatologist and start getting prescriptions because getting oral medication like Isotretinoin takes forever. Generally they start you off with topical stuff and after about two medications they can move you to pills and such.
No chocolate doesn't cause acne, nor does caffeine have any links to it. French fries aren't going to cause acne. Food in general has little to no connection to breakouts. Washing your face too much can irritate it, do not wash more than two-three times daily. Morning-afternoon-before bed. Drink plenty of water and stop using conditioner because it clogs your pores.
I remember using toner, which really helped... But if I use it for too long (like a month non-stop) I get an allergic reaction. But it cleared my skin in a few weeks. But I think it's best to see a dermatologist since facial skin is so sensitive. Also watch what you eat, less greasy foods, more water.
there are several easy home remedies you can
make to help you with your troubles, you can
mix vegetable oil, honey and lemon together
into a paste and massage it on your face, the
primary objective of this is to moisturize and
make your skin smooth, but it should also
help with acne and scars..
if this is what you want ^.~

Check out this url. it worked for me, I had severe acne for over 10 years
All the best
Buy something that treats rosacea which is under the skin acne. Most of these meds are a little more expensive but they will help.
Also watch your diet ! Eat greens and salads. No fried foods.
Dermatologist. It can get expensive, but stubborn acne that won't go away (I have tried every OTC thing under the sun) can only be resolved by a treatment custom to your needs, IMO.
I took Acutane as a teen and it works by changing your oil producing hormones.. or something like that lol it works good and you don‘t have to worry about them again
somebody somewhere told me that girls use birth control pills that help them with this.
Try proactive and please don't expect it to work if you keep eating sweets/chips/ or oily food..you need to stop all that in order to get rid of it completely and let the proactive work
hi , you need to go to the doctors , they just give you some antibiotics , which will clear it up , either a liquid , or tablets , I had the same thing , and now its fine .
