Struggle With Laxatives

I just wanted to know if anyone had, had a problem with laxatives. I don't personally. I will eat good 6 days out of the week and the one day I don't I will use laxatives before I eat. I know doing this "doesn't help you lose weight:. But, it does keep me at the same weight, for me personally. So I was just curious if anyone on here ever "abused" them. And I DON'T want to hear about how bad it is for you, I'm not uneducated I know!

so all you want to know is roughly how many people on this site will cop to having a Thing for eating laxatives?

will it count if I tell you that my cousin used to eat laxatives all the time- can there be a degree of separation? or does it only count if it's firsthand?

my sister did and now she has health problems...some of her her intestines have died and have to be cut out,there are healthier ways to flush out toxins,fasting is one,read about that,u will be slimmer and healthier and it won't harm you later on in life.

thats what I do, Intermittent fasting, I eat once a day, but when it isn't something healthy I take laxatives before I eat it

try running daily

and drinking lots of water

eating fiber also helps with digestion

tell me if this helps or not
