I work for a big firm, every time I say or do something it gets everyones attention. Recently I decided to get a part time job at the mall. Several others in my dept also work at the mall part time. But it seems like no one ever talks about that its hush hush. But one coworker saw me at the mall working and the news was spread instantly.
So my question is.. Why is everything I do, is put out for all to discuss or gossip about who's going to run to the boss first and share "something important" about me.
A little background information. I transferred out of the dept I was hired for because my boss was very attracted to me, his girlfriend always gave me this evil eye, my boss got very angry that I transferred and tried to terminate me. It failed, he tried to block my transfer and 1.5 year later I still am not transferred out of his dept. So am I missing something here, should I be afraid what he might be planning on doing next. Please help.
