Make food when you get a day off. Just plain rice for example lasts about 3 sometimes for days in the fridge. Boil some vegetables to it every other day and have a bit of oyster/soy sauce with you to put on top. You can get a rice cooker and you just need to turn it on and leave it alone for 30 min
For snacks just have bananas, apples, dried fruits and nuts with you. Or make your own granola bars on the weekends

Bananas, cans of tuna, apples, granola bars (watch the sugar), carrots, almonds, yogurts (again, watch the sugar) are all things that require little to no prep and are good for you.
You can also cook on the weekend and make pre-portioned meals. Cook something that will last the whole week or can be portioned out.
