Diet advice for super busy people?

Ok. So basically I get up at 2.45am to go to gym each morning, work then starts at 4.30am and I go until about 8.30pm at night. Although I am fit from working out I still struggle with weight as I tend to go for the quick and easy junk food due to lack of time. I work in the tourism industry taking people into remote areas where there are no shops etc so I can't even buy anything and a lot of the diet plans I've seen involve spending a lot of time cooking which is problematic if I'm getting home after 9pm every night and getting up at 2.45am. any advice, comments or ideas on how to work around this would be greatly appreciated.
