What is the best thing you've ever eaten? What's the worst?

Was having this conversation the other day and really got me thinking of all the awesome food I've eaten whilst travelling and cooked myself.

It can be one thing or an entire meal, a drink... go for it.

For me, the best thing is my Dad's chilli or pasta, he grows all his own veggies, herbs and spices and creates such a great flavour, hope he lets me in on all his cooking secrets one day!

The worst thing I've ever eaten is a vomit flavour sweet.. which then actually made me vomit.

Your dad sounds awesome! Seriously. I want to grow my own vegetables and herbs one day. So bad ass.

Getting back on topic, the best thing I've ever eaten was probably chili I had at a Texas chili cookoff. It's got like everything I love... spicy, smoky, a little sweet, heat (I LOVE chiles), and you can put it on like anything.

Worst thing was a fertilized fermented chicken egg. I already have an aversion eggs anyway, but this was on a whole 'nother level. Truly disgusting.

Worst food I've tried is tripe soup, which I didn't know that it was. It was one sip and then I tapped out.

My grandfather brought me to a very expensive restaurant one time and ordered me this giant plate of the best dessert I've ever had! It was like a chocolate pudding, soft ice cream, chocolate shavings, whipped cream, gram crackers haha it was so good but it doesn't sound like it when i write it out like this haha

My mother is a wonderful woman but a terrible cook. The worst thing I've ever eaten is everything prior to leaving home at 15. The best is widely diverse and included Thai, Cajun, French, Indian, and New England seafood.

All you can eat rice with a side of spicy steak is my favorite of all time. I can make that into my own burrito~ just water to down it.

The worst... aged warm bacon-flavored soda.

The worst ever was brain tacos. The best is really hard to choose since I go to culinary school but I would have to say fried oysters with red bell pepper sauce
