Single guys and girls: Do you cook or do you go to the nearest fast food chain? for those who eat out how often and what do you eat? also do you workout and if so how often? I am single again, but I never eat out. I workout and I enjoy cooking a wide selection of foods. I eat large amounts of salad with protein almost every day at either lunch or dinner.

Well I'm single but I live with my parents.
So my mom cook food for me.
It's an ancient Indian tradition and cultural thing to live with parents until marriage :)

I workout 4 times a week.
But since mostly my diet consists of vegetables and you need twice the amount of protein as your body weight in Kgs, I can't get enough from my diet.
You may also know that soy contains moderate amounts of estrogen that causes gynecomastia in males, so that's out of options.

Also the Whey protein supplements industry doesn't exist in India, they are wayy more expensive compared to US which I can't afford as a student.

I usually have to tell my friends who are from US to bring a whey jar along with them.
But mostly they have their own things to bring from there so I'm doing my bodybuilding without any supplements.

I cook on my own. I prefer home food because I cooked it; not some stranger. I can make it however I want. Size, shape, taste, etc. And I also enjoy being creative with food. Make my meals look more interesting. It's fun. And sometimes I discover combinations that make some simple food taste much better.
I never eat at fast-food restaurants. Junk food sucks. Gave me stomach problems in the past. Never eating there again.

I cook every meal for myself. I eat natural foods meats. Chicken, Steak, Turkey, fish, pork and normally have a salad with it. Get protien and vitamins, fruit I'll have as a snack.

If I'm alone I'll eat at some Lebanese or Turkish falafel or kebab shop or I'll jump on the subway ome and eat what's in the fridge.
Cooking? No.
