Do you prefer a white Christmas?

I grew up in Europe and for me it only feels like Christmas when it's cold/raining/snowing/winter. I moved to the Middle East around 4 years ago and the weather is pretty mild during December also they don't celebrate Christmas due to their religion and I don't even remember it's Christmas time when I'm there in December first Christmas I spent there I ordered a pizza and only realized it was Christmas time when my family video called me lol.

Yes. Snow from December to February at least.

If I don't get snowy Christmas, I get depressed. I'm Canadian to my core: I feel like an angsty goose without snow.

When I was a child, we oftentimes had snow on the ground from Halloween till Easter
Last year we only had a couple of inches total

It's more romantic that way for sure. Not a common occurrence in Australia cause Christmas is in summer. I have experienced them in Europe and it was sweet. Especially the night markets for it and eating the fresh hot chestnuts.

I would love for a white Christmas, sadly it's hardly happening in my country... I miss the snow. I want it to be there for over a month. Enough to make a snowman and go sledding.

For sure, this is a good time of the year to have snow to either snowboard on or staying home with a hot drink and a fire watching Christmas specials

Snow around here starts the end of October & hangs in here till April most years. I remember one year the lakes were still froze over & we snowmobiled on the 21st of April.
