How will you keep those pounds off this year with the holidays or try to lose it if you gain?
- Extreme poverty and an Indigent lifestyle are ways of keeping the pounds off, when there's nothing to eat.
The trick is, too resist those decomposing little treats left in the dumpsters and garbage receptacles alone. Basura equals chubby in the tummy.
For those of you who actually enjoy life and are physically active, a social, sports related lifestyle (no sports bars and buffulo wings, please) a diet high in fiber and fruits and vegetables, moderate wheat and grains, and low dairy, and meats, and extremely low refined, processed, imitation, and transfat foods, (junk food is good for the soul on special occasions, taken sparingly) too be gradually tweaked and adjusted incrementally to accommodate your Fitness and Body Image objectives over the long term) is my recommendation for body weight and shape management.
As far as crash diets or any kind of diet for that matter, that is not required buy a doctors orders for upcoming medical test, imagine me pointing at you and laughing derisively, as I mockingly ridicule you for your foolishness in accepting anything that these commercials and ads promise you as reality, because that is my thinking on that subject.
The human body does not like sudden, extreme changes in it's dietary regime, and will make you aware of this fact with equally extreme, non-negotiable finality.4|10|0Is this still revelant? You might like the documentary "Forks over knives" which packs a lot of good nutritional dietary lifestyle factoids and unconventional, relevant too good health, wisdom. Unfortunately, the conventional wisdom sources of information are influenced by big tobacco, beef, GMO's, alcohol, and caffeine, otherwise known as the five horseman of the Apocalypse.
Biblical scholars didn't account for stock splitting monopolies in venture interest shell corporations. Ha ha, hahaha hahahaHi sir. I noticed im getting sensitive to gluten, meat lately and am trying ti go gluten free and hopefully meat free or less meat.

If your body is having an allergic reaction too gluten it is probably because it perceives gluten as a toxin, when in fact, it isn't. if diarrhea, bloating, or inflammation, of any kind, or a problem passing stool are symptoms, it might be the cause and effect relationship of a food allergy to the autoimmune system, in which gluten isn't actually harming your body as a toxin, but might be causing distress due to your body's reaction to it if a perceived poison. People with hay fever have this problem with airborne substances that aren't actually harmful as a carcinogen or a toxin, but if the body perceives this as such, it will attack it, causing the inflammation and sneezing to try and shield 🛡 the circulatory system and expel it before it can do harm. People with peanut allergies can die from peanuts, not because it's poisonous to them, but because the body reacts in such an extreme way, that the body is literally killing itself in the attempt to fight a toxin that doesn't exist. For gluten, there are medicines that can counteract the autoimmune response, but it's probably just easier too reduce your intake of refined foods containing it. It actually is quite healthy, taken in moderation.

- Same way I do every other day of the year Paris: exercise and eat in moderation!
I already have a special workout planned for Christmas tomorrow (5 mile run, a bike ride, and weight training) so I won't feel as guilty eating a little extra.
And I weigh myself regularly, so if my weight starts to creep up, I can do damage control before it gets out of hand, lol.1|10|0Is this still revelant? - Some how since this covid virus started last March I lost 10 lbs some how. Even with being laid up with surgery I have manage to hold the battle of the bulge back. How I did I have no idea. Hopefully I can keep the lbs off over the holidays.1|10|0Is this still revelant?

2440- I will switch to more intensive fasting-schedules.
The great thing about harnessing the power of fasting is freedom to eat anything at any quantity… for so long as eating-times are stretched-out to a reasonable extent. If times of fasting & feasting are balanced, enjoyment of life & the benefits of self-discipline can be enjoyed at the same time!1|00|0 - For me it's D Paris... I continue to do sports all through the holidays and don't exaggerate with eating. If I gain any weight it's a fraction of a kilo, negligable 😀1|10|0
I should play a sport but my sister and my. Neighbours says I am too much of a fatass. But She is a total Karen and a fatass. What do you play
- I try to stay active and not overeat or at least not overeat with junk. Lol I’m not stressing over a few extra pounds though. If I happen to gain some then I’ll just lose it afterwards. They say it’s not what you eat between Christmas and New Years; it’s what you eat between New Years and Christmas lol1|10|0
- Do people really gain weight during the holidays or is this just an exaggeration? because I never do, I need more time. I can understand when people gain weight during the pandemic, lock down was a long time. The feasting holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas ain't nothing but one day in each, how does one get fat then?1|10|0
I think those people who think they gained weight are very paranoid and scared to eat. I don't think you gain weight in one day or season. Someone people will count calories all their lives, and I don't know how they live like that, just listen to your body and don't overindulge, I am a free eater and I do just fine.
- I gain weight every winter and put it back off in the summer. It’s just cause of my lifestyle. My main form of exercise is biking and walking. I do that a lot in the warmer months, and since I spend so much time outside I typically eat less as well. In the winter I’m usually in the house keeping warm from the cold so I get much less exercise. Because I have a big family and there’s a lot of holidays I usually eat a lot more in the colder seasons. I don’t fight it. I just tell myself that I’m like a bear putting on weight for the winter season and that I’ll be back to normal soon.0|00|0
- I gained weight during COVID 19 like 10 pounds. I felt heavy and tired and wouldn't have energy. Started excercising with my bike outside for 40 minutes a day and doing treadmill. Also started doing yoga but not traditional yoga, DDPY. Helped me go from 198 pounds to 190 pounds in 9 Weeks and drop from wearing X Large shirts to Large shirts. Haven't reached my ideal weight yet which is 170 pounds, but plan to keep working out every day or other day and watching what I eat. What's interesting is my appetite for food has decrease and I don't feel hungry as I normally would.0|00|0
- I mean, I have a high or fast metabolism so it burns off really well anyway but if I do sometimes increase a bit in weight then I don't panic since I am not that heavy anyways, in fact I am a little below.1|10|0
- Just by remembering that people tend to gain way more weight between January and December than December and January. As long as you do not overeat all the time the holidays do not change much.1|10|0
- I always watch what I eat and work out regularly.1|10|0
- Easy peasy, I don't eat unhealthy foods to begin with! It's more of a lifestyle change really... just eating healthy by avoiding processed food and eating lots of healthy stuff like veggies keeps the weight off automatically 😊 Also cut out the gluten and carb heavy foods! I do treat myself to a chocolate mousse from time to time but it's noticeable 👍😊0|00|0
- I do not care, I will find a 9/10 attractive blonde woman who is attracted to me regardless of my looks or hygiene. Most femoids only look for Chad but I am determined to find a woman willing to let me plant my seed in her. Proud NEET here, work is beneath me and it is Jew slave labour I can't work on myself because I get too tired. My beautiful blonde babe will have to accept me the way I am and cook me delicious stew.1|00|0
@Ally247 I am learning how to be Chad and how to seduce girls. Once I'm not grounded I will find a way to get Tinder girls, just watch me.

Do I seduce you baby? Will you let me plant my seed inside you? You do not have to break up with your partner this could instead be an open relationship or an affair. I assure you that I have watched lots of porn and I know many sexy moves because of that.
- Letting loose until new years. After that I'm more motivated during the warmer seasons and I like to walk and hike. Winter is just not my time to work out. bleh!1|10|0
- Be broke and poor.
You'll starve. And actually strive for motivation. Thats how I usually do it. Money can buy me food to get fat.
I just need to lock my money up and be broke for a few months to lose weight.
Weird I know. But it helps!0|00|0 - Answer: I don't need to. Just need to keep my corset on so all the fat goes to other places and not my stomach. I need some weight on my boobs, hips, butt, and thighs.1|00|0
- Firstly coffee would usually help a little bit and then try to snack healthier but give yourself a little win at the end of the day like a bowl of ice cream if you just say that at the end of the day1|00|0
