Do you ever get frustrated at other people sleeping when you can't sleep?

I hear ya! Most of my suppliers have gone on holidays until the 4th/11th or 18th of Jan! But of course, even if I was to put in an order, I won’t get it filled in a timely matter like I would normally, because the supplier is reopening after a period of time off, and needs time to catch up on orders and get back in the swing of things. Sometimes, you just need to chill out, and focus on other aspects of the business, or use the time to relax and recharge yourself! Running a business is a marathon, not a sprint!

I mostly get mad at myself lol, my sleep is the worst. I need the room to be completely pitch dark, no sounds, no outside noises, plenty of space in the bed, no physical touching (sleep cuddling and such) specific type of pillow, and i roll on the bed for 45 minimum until i finally fall asleep and if i hear one small noise, i wake up and have to go through my process of sleeping once again 🤣 while my boyfriend is knocked dead within 5 minutes of placing his head on the pillow.


So y'all can imagine how fun sleepovers are for me 😬

I sleep like a dead body, I'm a busy with fintess guy, I'm active all day, sleep 6h or less normally, my sleep is quality, no affection to my work about people who sleep at nights, days, long or short sleep hours, I don't disturb other people sleep, so no one allowed disturb mine, that's the rule 😈

I will usually get frustrated because I can't get calm enough to fall asleep. Then wonder why I can't hit my goal of getting up early because I'll start thinking while my eyes are closed and realize an hour or two has passed, lol.

I surely do get frustrated if I can't sleep because I have to work, but it's more at myself - for not beign productive enaugh during the day or similar - than at other people. I usually get frustrated at other people when they snore and don't let me sleep. Thankfully foam earplugs exist.

I haven’t been able to sleep much at all for the past few weeks. It makes me pissed that my boyfriend always falls asleep on the phone and leaves me to lie awake staring at the ceiling all night. I get that he needs to sleep, but I hate lying awake alone with my thoughts all night. I’ve become incredibly depressed.

No, I usually get annoyed at the people not sleeping. All the tossing and turning and stomping around. Piss off, other people are trying to sleep because we have to work in the morning.
