He texted me today and said happy new years Eve and it's not even new years Eve until tomorrow. Smh lol

Depends on the the person, one case could be some people like to throw out holiday messages, but also with varying motives..🧐

I send "happy holiday" messages to a lot of people of people, friends and non-friends and even exs still on good social terms (keeping up with each others lives, and being social about current events etc)..
And i do it just because i like striking up conversations with people on neutral or higher talking terms🤷🏽‍♂️

Tho some people will do it to see if they'll get some kind of reaction out of someone..🤔 not saying this fits your for situation entirely but its just one thing that it could be.

Thank I'm recovering from my injuries and those individuals got evicted and charges are being picked up. It was unprovoked and I had nothing to do with what my sister did long story but they came to my door at midnight and I opened the door thinking it was my sister and boom smh sad
