You aren't slim but it isn't fat. There is ONE thing, I would suggest. You see the area where your bottom meets your thigh? Exercise that area. It is out of shape and makes your ass look fat in a way.
Do leg extensions backward while on hands and knees
Do leg curls with moderate weight
Ride a bicycle
Lose a little weight (but the exercise is needed)
