Hun, you look pretty good, but you're starting to push toward comic-book-character body proportions.
If I had to make a wild guess, I'd guess you're doing an intense program of bench pressing, first, every time you work your upper body... And then maybe you start thinking about other lifts.
If I had to make another wild guess, I'd guess you're on some kind or another of ph/gear, maybe your second or third.
In any case, your middle and lower pecs are far too over-developed relative to everything else. Stop all wide- and normal-grip bench pressing for a while, and replace it with incline and military presses, say for 2 to 3 months. Do some narrow-grip bench pressing if you must.
Start hitting your outer triceps, I can't even see them. Dumbbell overhead presses are a good place to start there, really any triceps exercise with a close grip.
Forearms too. Get some grippers and use 'em when you're just killing time.
