Keep going dude ur on the right track
Have an opinion?
i get it! haha you.
Not to be an asshole but I can't tell the difference between the two pictures. What kinds of exercises you doing and what are you eating?
I run about 3 miles a day, I use a shakeweight, and I do about 500 bicycle cruches a day.
Okay, the trouble with that is that you aren't working your whole body and you're probably doing too much cardio. Too much long distance cardio increases your cortisol levels (stress hormone) which eats away at your muscle and does little to burn fat. Cortisol and testosterone don't mix, and you want to boost your testosterone levels as much as possible as that will help you gain muscle and burn fat rather than the other way round. A better form of cardio for you would be high intensity interval training or sprints, something short and intense, because that kind of training increase test levels and HGH (human growth hormone). Rather than the shake weight and crunches you should do a full body workout and build some. muscle. Lifting weights or doing a full bodyweight exercise routine would be a lot better.
Okay i'll try that. Thanks for your feedback.
That's very helpful i didn't know sprinting increases test levels, i already sprint a lot anyways thanks for this.
spot on Adam!
Listen to Adam bro, that was my first huge mistake. i would run every day and it got me too skinny. Know i lift 4 X a week and sprint 2 X a week and i see huge gains. nutrition is key though so take enough protein and carbs and about 2,800 calories a day so you won't lose muscle.
