I suggest cutting out sugars and start eating real whole foods. I lost 30 pounds in the last month just changing my eating habits. I also smoke tons of weed too to the point where I don't succumb to munchies. I'm not saying start binging on weed bUT it starts with what you put in your body as I have a fast metabolism.
A better way to put it, count your calories and try to burn more than you put in. And of course I dont mean eat fast or processed foods while going to the gym. In fact most weight lost will be done by eating a good diet. Going to the gym will just accelerate this process.
Good luck to you as you can make yourself healthy. Never give up. Tons of veggies and fruits with a nice dose of physical activity and you will be ready for the summer1

Im going to be straight forward and honest with you girl, I'm a student studying to become a coach/personal trainer. I have seen many bodies, of all different shapes and sizes and I'd say you're chubby not "fat" or obese. I don't know what your goals are but honestly if you started cutting a few unhealthy foods and go for a 30-60 minute walk everyday you'd be surprise how quickly your body will react. Exercise is important but it's what you eat in the kitchen which makes an impact on your body straight away.0
