I would tone up.
Drink water with meals. Drinking your calories takes away from what you can eat.
Eat lean meats.
Try eating 5 small meals a day rather than 3 large ones.
Only eat until 80%full. you're actually full but your brain takes 20 minutes to realize this fact and by then you have already overeaten.
Avoid fizzy drinks. The carbonation expands your stomach and makes it easier to eat more food.
According to me (one sole person on the earth) you are a 6. You have lovely shape but you only need to tone.
I must also disclaim my body image is skewed. I prefer to be at 89 pounds. Guys I know for a fact. Do not like my type they much prefer a full woman like yourself. I am just giving you tips on how I lost weight easily without changing my daily life or diet.0
