I don't necessarily understand it to a full degree due to not having it, but try comparing yourself to these pictures.
Also don't stress about your body too much. I've done that for years and never really loved the skin I'm in and it's made me obsessed with always trying to lose weight. That mentality will make you crash and burn over and over. So give yourself a break. You have a beautiful, healthy body. Exercise because you want to get healthier not for other insecure reasons. Because those reason will make you fail and give up when your close to your goal.

I already have a eating disorder.. I've been diagnosed with atypical anorexia my body cannot "diet and exercise" like a normal person.. it means soon as that topic comes about my body naturally depressed and wants to starve.

Well like I've been starving my self for at least 3-4 months now my metabolism is so damn fast because I was hospitalised because of malnutrition and they made me eat over 2,000 cal with the feeding tube" and that boosted my metabolism way to much.. and if I exercise I can lose weight like really quick and it's unsafe
and as others have said, make sure you do some exercises.
I don't even eat at all I've lost over 100 pounds in 3 months from just eating a few pieces of fruit.. seriously I'm malnutritionised
being overweight is also a form of malnourishment.
well done on losing weight, but you're going to bounce back if you don't start a routine of exercise to go with it and healthier wating habits.

Get in between 70-90 it's okay if you go a tad bit over dont go under very little carbs is not good and drink lots if water 6-7 bottles the day you are working out and around 4-5 when not

That's not the way, just develop better eating habits and be active. Do some type of sport.
