So many factors. One metric truly matters though, how comfortable you are with each other (Spiritually, Mentally, and Physically). Physically comfortability often happens the fastest and some speed it up, but you need mental and spiritual comfortability the most for complete intimacy. The mentally and Spiritual happen at slower rates, as you trust God more you can trust each other more. Mental comfortability will come from spending more time together and communicating more. For some this happens under 6 months, others years.

Never under a year that's for sure. Under a year you can still be in lust/Limerance stage/honeymoon phase. It can even be up to 18 months. But i've realized myself takes up to 8 months.

My husband and I dated for 5 years and were engaged for 2 before we got married. Given our personalities, I highly doubt we would have been successful if we had moved any faster.
We may have known we wanted to get married after 6 months of dating, but we also knew we, as individuals, weren't capable of the levels of maturity needed to sustain a marriage at that point.
People often are surprised and skeptical when they hear how long we waited to get married given the fact we started dating quite young, and it's not uncommon for people in our hometown to get married right out of high school, but... we knew exactly what we were getting into. We were serious and intentional with our relationship. We didn't rush anything.
I'm a strong proponent of really taking time to really get to know your potential spouse and his or her family before taking any drastic steps. Maybe you don't need to take 7 years to do that, but certainly longer than that initial "omg I love him squeeeeee!" feeling lasts lol
There is no timeline. You should consider marrage if you can work towards a goal together successfully and can compromise so you both get a little bit of what you want, that's a great start.
