Can't say all the details for certain because I don't want to close myself off. But I can say a few things.

Taking care of her would be something I would want to do, not something I would NEED to do. I tend to be all about independent women.

Our libidos would be close enough that I would feel like she genuinely desires me, and that I haven't ended my sex life when I put a ring on it.

I'd love to have a partner in crime. Have shared hobbies and goals. Like, I always fantasize about me and a future wife (husband?) having a music project together.

Hopefully, she would be able to understand some of my darkest feelings. But I understand I might not quite get all of hers, so I certainly can't demand this of someone.

She has GOT to be able to hold a conversation about big or heavy topics. I once fell straight into a crush on a girl because we had a conversation about what happens after death. The other coworkers in the meeting seemed disturbed by this.

I have to feel safe with her. It's not a common thing for a guy to say I guess. But I've been with a girl or two where I had to essentially be in a state of constant apology for being a man. Constantly making up for some original sin. Feeling like only her struggles are legitimate and my struggles hurt her respect for me.

All I look for in a long term partner is someone that has the same core values as me. Honest, open, good communicator, and similar worldview.
