Yeah I am going to i just needed an idea on it.:)
you can get pet insurance, but don't tell the vet you have it because sometimes they rack up the bill. One time I had to take dog to emergency vet on Sunday, ok it's triple charge for the consult, I'll take that, but the receptionist tried to charge me a call-out fee on top. The vet was already at the surgery treating other animals so refused to pay it. She asked if I had insurance, I said no, then she said "alright I''ll take it off then",,, You can also get pet health plans that include all flea and other parasite protection, nails clipped, anal glands drained, often more like a free health check by a vet once a year,,, it was well worth paying it,,, In UK there is PDSA that does low cost treatments, I think the equivalent in US is Blue Cross?,,
That’s helpful thanks
