How can some of these American Police men cold murder these black men for basically nothing?

First of all, I will not state where I come from but I am entirely thankful this sort of thing does not happen where I live. Where I come from if you do the wrong thing, and do not resist, you're arrested, taken to a jail and that is it. You are not being brutally punished, regardless of your race.

I understand, some of these police men are threatened and do have a right to kill as they learnt to do so and occasionally that happens and it is okay, we unfortunately have to accept it. But with most of these killings that cause an outcry that stem from black hatred, they don't have the right. For example, with this recent situation with a man named Sam Dubose. This policeman, shot him right in the head there because Sam decided to basically drive away. Seeing his body die lifeless like that is terrible. Thankfully this policeman has been put in front of a court.

If you look at the UK, watch the following video where a black man was pulled over for something. He got into the police car and then decided to run away, the policemen ran after and got him under control with just their hands, they didn't use unnecessary force or even a weapon. The man actually physically hurt one of the policeman, causing him to bleed. If that man was in the US, high chance he would've been shot for that. I would actually hate to have seen what would have happened, if Sam or other victims or police brutality got out of his car and started a fist fight.
