If your emotions are bottled up then I suppose you would need a way to unbottle and actually process them. To much unresolved emotions usually just end up in confusion and eventually depression.
Understanding your emotions is one way of "clearing" yourself of these emotions. Once we understand and really take a good look at our emotions it's usually easier to release them. Maybe you would need someone to talk to about the specifics and process the emotions.0
