Hi. I bought new cooker and the oven won't flame I tried to make it work with its internal spark but won't flame I tried to start it by lighter also won't flame! I saw 2 port in the back side for the gas hose is that mean I need to feed this port to make the oven work?
My oven won't flame why?

There is usually a thermocouple under the pilot light that needs to heat in order for the gas to be released. It is a safety measure. Read the directions for lighting the cooker. If it has no thermocouple, you may have a clogged line or gas inlet. Sometimes you need to hold down a button or press the control knob during lighting also.0
